Qualifications

5+ years in Go-To-Market, business development, or sales
Experience with Data & AI technologies including GenAI
Ability to influence leadership decisions at the organizational level

Responsibilities

Collaborate with AWS GenAI partners to envision and implement agent-based solutions
Drive strategic initiatives to accelerate Agentic AI adoption with partners
Develop and execute partner strategies that scale agent-based solutions
Provide thought leadership on agent AI business models
Build and manage partner enablement, certification, and funding programs
Analyze market trends and gather partner feedback to inform strategy
Create scalable frameworks for partner deployments
Coordinate with service teams to align partner requirements with product development
Lead development of partner GTM content and resources
