AWS AI Partner GTM team drives the go-to-market strategy for Agentic AI with ISVs and strategic partners. You will shape partner strategies, influence AWS product direction, and help partners transform business models for the AI era.

This role sits at the intersection of breakthrough technology and business transformation, building scalable programs for adoption of AI agents worldwide.

• Proven track record in partner GTM / alliance programs
• Experience with AI/LLM partner ecosystems
• Strong strategic and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AWS GenAI partners, helping envision and implement agent-based solutions that deliver customer value.
• Drive strategic initiatives to accelerate Agentic AI adoption with core partners.
• Develop and execute partner strategies that scale agent-based solutions and use cases.
• Provide thought leadership on how Agentic AI transforms partner business models.
• Build and manage programs for partner enablement, certification, and funding focused on agent technologies.
• Analyze market trends and gather partner/customer feedback to inform AWS's Agentic AI strategy.
• Create scalable frameworks enabling partners to build and deploy agent-based solutions.
• Collaborate with AWS service teams to align partner requirements and product development.
• Lead the development of partner-ready go-to-market content, resources, and activities.
• Develop AWS strategy for Agentic AI partner GTM
• Drive consensus across service teams, field sales, partner management, marketing, legal, and partner program teams.
