Qualifications

• 5+ years developing, negotiating and executing business agreements
• 5+ years in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting
• 5+ years working with Data & AI technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, Storage)
• 5+ years in program management, workforce strategy, or metrics-driven decision making
• Experience influencing leadership decisions at org level
• Experience coordinating cross-functional programs and release schedules
• Experience selling enterprise software or cloud-based applications
• Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical execs
• Experience leading multi-year cross-functional initiatives

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AWS Data partners to envision and implement Semantic data solutions supporting autonomous agents
• Drive strategic initiatives to accelerate semantic data and agent adoption with key partners
• Develop and execute partner strategies that scale data-based solutions and use cases
• Build and manage partner enablement, certification, and funding programs for agent tech
• Analyze market trends and gather partner/customer feedback to inform data strategy
• Create scalable frameworks that enable partners to build and deploy agent-based solutions
• Collaborate with AWS service teams to align partner requirements with product development
• Lead development of partner-ready go-to-market content, resources and activities
