Qualifications

• 5+ years developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• 5+ years Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 5+ years working with Data & AI related technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, analytics, database, storage).
• Experience shaping strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating releases.
• Experience selling enterprise software or cloud-based applications.
• Experience explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executives.
• Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
• Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AWS GenAI partners to envision and implement agent-based solutions.
• Drive strategic initiatives to accelerate Agentic AI adoption with strategic partners.
• Develop and execute partner strategies that scale agent-based solutions and use cases.
• Provide thought leadership on how Agentic AI transforms partner business models.
• Build and manage programs for partner enablement, certification, and funding focused on agent technologies.
• Analyze market trends and gather partner/customer feedback to inform AWS's Agentic AI strategy.
• Create scalable frameworks enabling partners to build and deploy agent-based solutions.
• Collaborate with AWS service teams to align partner requirements with product development.
• Lead development of partner-ready GTM content, resources, and activities.
