Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a WW Partner GTM Specialist for Data to drive joint go-to-market with ISVs and consulting partners. You will shape data strategies, AI-ready architectures, and autonomous agent frameworks with a global partner network.

In this role you will craft partner enablement programs, influence product directions, and build scalable GTM content across multiple teams. This is a high-impact leadership role at AWS Data & AI partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies such as AI/ML, GenAI, analytics, databases or storage.
• 5+ years in program management, workforce strategy development, or metrics-driven decision making.
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience selling enterprise software or cloud-based applications.
• Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AWS Data partners to envision and implement Semantic data solutions and autonomous agents.
• Drive strategic initiatives to accelerate Semantic data and agentic adoption with partners.
• Develop and execute partner strategies that scale data-based solutions and use cases.
• Build and manage programs for partner enablement, certification, and funding focused on agent technologies.
• Analyze market trends and gather feedback to inform Semantic data strategy.
• Create scalable frameworks enabling partners to deploy agent-based solutions.
• Collaborate with AWS service teams to align partner requirements with product development.
• Lead development of partner-ready GTM content, resources, and activities.
