Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Executive for Workplace Technologies & Services to expand Canon’s hardware and software solutions. You’ll manage a defined account base, engage business owners and executives, and present solutions to drive revenue.

You’ll collaborate with a team of experts to win deals and address customer needs, while leveraging Salesforce CRM and targeted campaigns. This role requires residing within commuting distance to Salt Lake City, UT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3+ years of B2B sales or customer-facing experience.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the local market.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Interest in learning technology and services in a fast-evolving industry.

Responsibilities

• Master product capabilities and promote benefits to drive sales and revenue.
• Learn and utilize Salesforce CRM to manage client accounts.
• Directly contact accounts via calls, emails, and social platforms to create opportunities.
• Lead in-person discovery meetings and presentations with stakeholders to identify needs.
• Develop strategic plans to meet short- and long-term customer requirements.
• Collaborate with technology experts to support sales wins and customer success.
• Build high-level relationships to expand account penetration.
