Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Executive, Workplace Technologies & Services, to sell hardware and software solutions, drive revenue, and address customer challenges. This role targets a local market and requires strong discovery, presentations, and relationship-building skills.

You will work with a team, leverage tools, and pursue opportunities to grow long-term customer partnerships while traveling as needed within the market. Competitive benefits and incentives are included.

Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of B2B sales or customer-facing experience.
• Proven ability to persuade others to adopt new ideas.
• Strong communication skills and relationship-building.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the local market.

Responsibilities

• Master product capabilities and solutions to drive sales and meet revenue goals.
• Learn and use Salesforce CRM to manage client accounts.
• Reach out to assigned accounts via calls, email campaigns, and social media.
• Conduct in-person discovery meetings and demonstrations with stakeholders.
• Develop strategic plans to address short- and long-term customer needs.
• Collaborate with a team of experts to achieve customer success.
