Job summary

You will greet entrants, issue visitor and parking passes, and follow security protocols while escorting visitors to the proper location. This role supports the Workplace Experience function by handling inquiries, coordinating activities, and ensuring smooth operations for clients and visitors.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to explain detailed information clearly within the team.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for all visitors; greet, issue passes, and follow security protocols.
• Answer phone professionally and manage inquiries.
• Arrange recreational, dining, and business activities as requested.
• Coordinate janitorial or maintenance work orders and address issues with vendors.
• Escalate inquiries or complaints as needed.
• Support team with office supplies, meeting coordination, and equipment care.
