Job summary

SPS is seeking a Workplace Experience & Concierge Client Manager to lead a client-facing team and deliver exceptional workplace experiences in a Monday–Friday corporate environment. You will manage relationships with executives, guests, and workplace stakeholders, ensuring professional service and proactive solutions.

Ideal candidates bring concierge, hospitality, hotel, or premium guest experience backgrounds and a track record of visible leadership in a corporate setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in concierge, hospitality, guest services, workplace experience, executive services, client experience, or related service-focused environment.
• Management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience working with clients, executives, VIPs, or high-profile stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop workplace experience and concierge team members.
• Own the intake, coordination, follow-up, and resolution of workplace and concierge requests.
• Develop relationships with client stakeholders and become a trusted resource for day-to-day workplace needs.
• Oversee concierge-style services and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
