Job summary

SPS is seeking a dynamic Workplace Solutions Manager to lead the delivery of integrated workplace services for a premier client location in Houston. This role combines front-of-house hospitality, workplace experience, and office services oversight to create a seamless, engaging, and productive environment for employees and guests.

As a strategic leader, you will drive service excellence across reception, events, mail, operations, vendor management, and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 7+ years of experience in workplace services, hospitality, facilities, operations, or corporate services.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven experience overseeing both customer-facing and operational service functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of integrated workplace services and hospitality.
• Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Develop workplace programs, events, activations, and engagement initiatives.
• Establish KPIs and SLAs, analyze data to drive improvements.
• Manage workplace services budgets and vendor relationships.
