SPS North America Inc. is seeking a proactive Workplace Experience Ambassador in Washington, DC to create a welcoming, seamless in-office experience for clients, visitors, and employees.

You’ll greet guests each morning, coordinate concierge and administrative tasks, and ensure high standards of service, from events and catering to workspace cleanliness and safety within a fast-paced corporate setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience in client-facing or hospitality roles in a corporate setting.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, discreet, and service-oriented with a polished demeanor.
• Hospitality or customer service certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients and guests with warmth and professionalism
• Anticipate client needs and deliver personalized, thoughtful service
• Maintain client preference profiles to tailor experiences
• Coordinate catering for meetings and events and assist in office events
• Conduct regular floor walks to ensure spaces are welcoming and well-stocked
• Gather and analyze client feedback to improve services
• Be familiar with emergency procedures and guide clients safely in emergencies
