Job summary

SPS is seeking a proactive Workplace Experience Ambassador to transform the office into a welcoming, seamless environment for clients, visitors, and employees. You’ll be the morning welcome, the thoughtful touch throughout the day, and the courteous send-off at the end, blending hospitality with administrative coordination.

This role covers client engagement, office services, and event support, from greeting and guiding guests to arranging transportation, catering, and supplies.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in client-facing or hospitality roles within a corporate setting.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are required.
• Tech-savvy, adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, discreet, and service-oriented with a polished demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and guests with warmth and professionalism and anticipate needs.
• Maintain client preference profiles to tailor experiences and surprise moments.
• Serve as central contact for client requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Coordinate catering, meetings, events, setup, and guest management.
• Support office services including document scanning, printing, and supplies.
• Conduct regular floor walks, restock supplies, and manage shared spaces.
• Gather client feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
• Be familiar with emergency procedures and guide guests safely.
