Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategic workforce planning, headcount planning, org design, or people analytics.
• 7+ years framing complex problems and providing data-driven recommendations.
• 7+ years developing financial models and performing financial/operating analyses.
• 2+ years managing projects independently with stakeholder alignment.
• Knowledge of SWP methodologies including demand/supply forecasting and scenario planning.
• Ability to frame problems, develop strategies, and present to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic workforce planning for the business unit, including long-range demand forecasting and gap analysis.
• Develop gap-closing strategies across build, buy, borrow, and automate levers, considering AI/automation.
• Influence the strategic workforce vision and translate analyses into actionable insights.
• Use AI tools to conduct research, scenario modeling, benchmarking, and workforce plans at scale.
• Maintain partnerships across HR, Finance, and business units to align on workforce needs.
• Design and maintain AI-enabled workforce products and dashboards for leadership.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly reviews to track progress and refine strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning processes, tools, and data quality.
