Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Workforce Strategist, Senior Talent Transformation, to revolutionize workforce planning across the organization. You will advise senior leaders on aligning talent investments with business goals, and influence the new ways of working leveraging AI.

You will interact with Finance, Business Ops, and other cross-functional teams to build capabilities and drive measurable impacts while operating in a high-visibility environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Experience working directly with senior executives and leadership teams.
• Experience with workforce planning.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing large, complicated programs.
• Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leaders to develop the workforce strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with HRBPs and Finance to translate strategy into 1-3 year workforce plans.
• Collaborate with workforce planning tooling to advance AI-driven recommendations.
• Earn trust with senior leaders to develop collaborative strategies with measurable business impact.
• Apply workforce planning models and predictive analytics to develop forward-looking plans with P&L impact.
• Drive milestones from design to implementation within organizational timelines.
• Deliver narratives aligned with Amazon writing culture to drive alignment and decisions.
• Apply AI capabilities for faster analyses and coordination.
• Travel occasionally for senior leader meetings.
