T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Senior Workforce Strategy Consultant to translate enterprise strategy into long‑term workforce solutions in Frisco, TX.

You will guide growth, skills evolution, and operational success using data, AI tools, and cross‑functional partnerships with HR, Finance, and business leaders. The role focuses on building planning models, dashboards, and repeatable products while preparing executive‑level presentations and monthly/quarterly reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, statistics, data science, or related field.
• 7+ years in strategic workforce planning, headcount planning, or people analytics.
• 7+ years framing complex problems and delivering data-driven recommendations.
• 7+ years building financial models and performing financial analyses.
• 2+ years managing projects, building consensus, roadmaps and plans.
• Knowledge of SWP methodologies and build/buy/borrow/automate strategies.
• Ability to frame problems and apply strategic frameworks.
• Proficiency with large datasets; SQL, Python, BI/visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Leads strategic workforce planning, including long-range demand forecasting and gap analysis.
• Develops gap-closing strategies across build/buy/borrow/automate levers.
• Uses AI tools for research, scenario modeling, benchmarking, and planning.
• Maintains internal partnerships across HR, Finance, and business teams.
• Designs and maintains AI-enabled workforce products and dashboards.
• Delivers executive presentations and regular progress reviews.
• Drives continuous improvement of planning processes and systems.
• Advises partners on AI use and workforce planning best practices.
