This role anticipates talent needs, AI impacts, and cross-functional alignment across HR, Finance, and business teams.

Using data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools, the consultant turns complex analysis into clear recommendations and repeatable products to influence senior leaders' decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years in strategic workforce planning or analytics.
• 7+ years framing problems and delivering data-driven recommendations.
• 2+ years of independent project management and roadmapping.
• Knowledge of SWP methodologies and automation strategies.
• Ability to build financial models and perform sensitivity analyses.
• Experience with large datasets; SQL/Python proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic workforce planning, forecast demand, analyze capacity and gaps.
• Develop gap-closing strategies across build/buy/borrow/automate; assess AI impact.
• Lead and translate analyses into actionable insights for leadership.
• Use AI tools for research, scenario modeling, benchmarking, and plans.
• Build relationships with HR, Finance, and business teams.
• Design and maintain AI-enabled workforce models and dashboards.
• Deliver executive-level presentations and regular reviews.
• Improve planning processes; ensure data governance and privacy.
• Advise partners on best practices and responsible AI use.
