Accenture is seeking a Talent & Workforce Senior Manager in the Energy industry to lead AI-enabled transformation across talent functions, designing future-ready workforce solutions and strategic workforce planning. The role demands deep expertise in workforce strategy, skills-based practices, and leveraging generative AI tools to inform executive recommendations.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years across Talent functions including Talent Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning, Skills-Based Talent Practices, Talent Intelligence, Strategic Sourcing, Learning Strategy & Development, Workforce Transformation, Technology Talent Development.
Minimum 3 years consulting experience delivering workforce, talent, organization, or change solutions.
Minimum 3 years experience in the Energy industry.
Minimum 1 year experience helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute workforce transformation strategies for AI-enabled futures.
Design workforce and talent solutions across hiring, learning, mobility, and retention.
Lead workforce planning with labor market insights and analytics.
Utilize Generative AI and LLMs to accelerate workforce analysis and scenarios.
Design skills-based architectures, talent marketplaces, and career frameworks.
Leverage Talent Intelligence platforms to generate workforce insights.
