Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Senior Workforce Strategy Consultant to translate enterprise strategy into multi-year workforce solutions that guide growth and operational success. The role uses data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to produce actionable, repeatable products and recommendations for senior leaders.

The position is hybrid (3 days in office) and can be based in Bellevue, WA; Frisco, TX; or Overland Park, KS.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
7+ years in strategic workforce planning or people analytics.
7+ years framing complex problems with data-driven recommendations.
7+ years developing financial models and performing analyses.
2+ years leading projects independently and building roadmaps.
Knowledge of SWP methodologies and scenario planning.
Ability to translate analysis into executive-ready insights.

Responsibilities

Leads long-range demand forecasting and workforce supply analysis; identifies gaps and develops gap-closing strategies, including AI/automation impacts.
Influences and designs the strategic workforce vision; builds models and presents insights to drive decisions.
Uses AI tools for research, analysis, benchmarking, and plan development while validating outputs.
Forges partnerships across HR, Finance, and business units to understand workforce needs and drive alignment.
Designs and maintains AI-enabled workforce products and reports; delivers scalable insights to leaders.
