Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Talent & Workforce Manager to lead workforce transformation for AI-enabled workforces. You will shape talent strategies, design skills-based operating models, and leverage workforce analytics to inform client decisions.

Expect collaboration across talent functions, proposals, and market-facing initiatives, with occasional travel to client sites. You will apply AI, LLMs, and talent intelligence platforms to develop strategic recommendations and future-ready workforce

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience across integrated Talent functions.
At least 2 years of consulting experience delivering workforce, talent, organization, or change solutions.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Energy industry.
Minimum 1 year of experience helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute workforce transformation strategies for an AI-enabled future.
Design innovative workforce and talent solutions across hiring, learning, mobility, career development, and retention.
Apply human-centered approaches to integrate AI, automation, and emerging technologies into workforce models.
Lead strategic workforce planning using labor market insights, skills data, and talent analytics.
Utilize Generative AI tools and LLMs to accelerate workforce analysis and scenario modeling.
Design and implement skills-based architectures, talent marketplaces, and career frameworks.
Support business development and capability building within the practice.
Travel as needed to client sites.
