Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 7+ years in strategic workforce planning or analytics.
• Experience framing complex problems and data-driven recommendations.
• 7+ years building financial models and analyses.
• 2+ years managing projects independently.
• Knowledge of SWP methodologies and scenarios.
• Ability to frame problems and present to executives.
• Develops financial models and qualitative analysis.
• Proficient with large datasets and SQL/Python/BI tools.

• Develop gap-closing strategies across build/buy/borrow/automate.
• Lead workforce scenarios and translate into insights.
