Job summary
Amazon.com Services LLC in New York is seeking a Workforce Strategist to transform how senior leaders plan talent and investments. You will advise executives and partner with HRBPs, Finance, and Ops to design 1–3 year workforce plans with AI-enabled insights.
In this high-visibility role, you’ll influence leaders, communicate with clarity, and navigate ambiguity while delivering measurable business impact. Occasional travel is required.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentations experience.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Experience working directly with senior executives and leadership teams.
- Experience with workforce planning.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing large, complicated programs.
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Advise senior leaders to develop a workforce strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with HRBPs and Finance to translate strategy into 1–3 year plans.
- Collaborate on AI-enhanced workforce tooling and scenario planning.
- Earn trust with senior leaders to drive measurable business impact.
- Deliver narratives in line with Amazon writing culture to drive decisions.
- Travel occasionally for senior leader meetings.
