Job summary

PwC South Africa is seeking a Senior Manager in Workforce Solutions to engage with clients and implement strategic workforce and talent management solutions. You will lead in analyzing trends, designing acquisition and development programs, and coaching teams to deliver results.

You will drive organizational effectiveness, communicate a holistic story, and work with diverse teams with an emphasis on inclusion and system thinking. Travel up to 60% is expected as part of client engagements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
7+ years of experience in workforce/organization and talent.
Experience leading teams and advising clients on workforce strategy.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic workforce planning initiatives aligned with client objectives.
Analyze workforce trends and design talent management programs.
Develop and implement talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
Collaborate with clients to optimize workforce strategies and engagement.
