Humana, Inc. is seeking a Senior Workforce Management Professional to blend advanced analytics with staffing strategy for Medicaid UM in a fully remote capacity.

You will forecast staffing needs, oversee scheduling and attendance, and help drive workforce insights across enterprise that support growth and service excellence. You will collaborate with leaders, apply Verint and Microsoft Office tools, and contribute to talent management, learning, and compliance initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Workforce Management with healthcare or call center background.
• Proficient in Verint and MS Office tools.
• Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Perform short-range and intermediate forecasting for staffing needs in Medicaid UM, incorporating real-time data and anticipated demand fluctuations.
• Administer scheduling, timekeeping, attendance, and leave management per policies.
• Assess staffing requirements and propose solutions for immediate and future goals.
• Provide analysis of talent and staffing to support department goals.
• Align workforce decisions with organizational strategy and department goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to support operational execution and initiatives.
• Make independent decisions on work methods in evolving situations.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. federal and Puerto Rico employment laws and Humana guidelines.
• Monitor and report main workforce metrics to optimize performance and engagement.
