Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Senior Workforce Management Professional to blend advanced analytics with day-to-day staffing decisions for the Medicaid UM segment. This remote role supports enterprise planning and daily execution to optimize staffing, scheduling, and service delivery.

You will forecast needs, oversee timekeeping and attendance, analyze workforce metrics, and ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workforce Management experience.
• Experience collaborating with leaders.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Verint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analysis and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform short-range and intermediate forecasting for staffing needs.
• Oversee scheduling, timekeeping, attendance, and absence management.
• Assess staffing requirements and propose solutions.
• Provide analysis of talent and staffing needs to support goals.
