• Experience with Verint and workforce management tools.
• Minimum 3 years of workforce management experience.
• Experience collaborating with leaders.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Forecast staffing needs for Medicaid UM, using real-time data and trends.
• Oversee scheduling, timekeeping, attendance, and absence management.
• Assess staffing requirements and recommend solutions.
• Analyze talent and staffing needs to support goals.
• Align workforce decisions with organizational strategy.
• Collaborate with leadership to support execution and initiatives.
• Make independent decisions in evolving circumstances.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. federal and Humana guidelines.
• Monitor and report workforce metrics to optimize performance.
