Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Senior Workforce Management Professional to blend advanced analytics with frontline workforce planning in a fully remote role. You will forecast staffing, oversee scheduling, and provide staffing insights across Medicaid UM.

The position requires strong communication, leadership collaboration, and experience with Verint and MS Office tools. As part of Humana's Workforce Management team, you will influence enterprise planning and daily execution while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of Verint.
• 3+ years of Workforce Management experience.
• Experience collaborating with leaders.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Forecast staffing needs for Medicaid UM using real-time data and demand trends.
• Oversee scheduling, timekeeping, attendance and absence management with policy compliance.
• Assess staffing requirements and propose solutions for current and future needs.
• Provide analyses of talent and staffing to support department goals.
• Link workforce decisions to organizational strategy and goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to support execution of initiatives.
• Resolve issues in evolving environments and make independent decisions about work methods.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and Humana guidelines.
• Monitor workforce metrics and adjust plans to improve performance and engagement.
