Job summary

Humana's Pharmacy Process Engineering organization is seeking a Senior Workforce Management Professional to blend advanced forecasting, scheduling, and analytics for Medicaid UM staffing. You will support enterprise planning and daily execution to optimize staff deployment and service delivery.

Responsibilities include real-time forecasting, scheduling oversight, and reporting on key workforce metrics while ensuring compliance with U.S. federal and local laws.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workforce Management experience.
• Experience collaborating with leaders.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analysis, critical thinking, and analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform short-range and intermediate forecasting for staffing needs in Medicaid UM.
• Administer scheduling, timekeeping, attendance, and absence management tasks.
• Assess staffing requirements and recommend solutions.
• Provide analysis of talent and staffing needs to support goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to support execution of strategic initiatives.
• Make independent decisions in evolving circumstances.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and Puerto Rico employment laws and Humana guidelines.
• Monitor and report on workforce metrics and adjust plans to optimize performance.
