Qualifications

• Proficient with Verint workforce management software.
• 3+ years of workforce management experience.
• Experience collaborating with leaders.
• Strong MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform short-range and intermediate forecasting for staffing needs in Medicaid UM with real-time data and trends.
• Oversee scheduling, timekeeping, attendance, and absence management per policy.
• Assess staffing requirements and propose solutions for current and future needs.
• Provide analysis of talent and staffing for department and segment goals.
• Understand organizational strategy and link workforce decisions accordingly.
• Collaborate with leaders to support execution of initiatives.
• Make independent decisions in evolving situations.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. federal and Puerto Rico laws and Humana guidelines.
• Monitor workforce metrics and adjust plans to optimize performance.
