Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workforce Management experience.
• Experience collaborating with leaders.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform short-range and intermediate forecasting for staffing needs.
• Administer scheduling, timekeeping, attendance, and absence management tasks.
• Assess staffing requirements and recommend solutions for current and future goals.
• Provide analysis of talent and staffing needs to support department and segment goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to support operational execution and strategic initiatives.
• Make independent decisions regarding work methods in evolving circumstances.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal guidelines.
• Monitor and report on workforce metrics to optimize performance.
