Responsibilities

• Perform short-range and intermediate staffing forecasting using real-time data and trends.
• Oversee scheduling, timekeeping, attendance and absence management with accuracy.
• Assess staffing needs and propose solutions for current and future goals.
• Provide analysis of talent and staffing to support department objectives.
• Align workforce decisions with organizational strategy and goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to support execution and initiatives.
• Make independent decisions in evolving circumstances.
• Ensure compliance with US federal and Puerto Rico laws and Humana guidelines.
• Monitor main workforce metrics and adjust planning to improve performance and engagement.
