Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Risk Management and Insurance, or related field.
• 13+ years of underwriting experience preferred or progress toward professional designations.

Responsibilities

• Leads evaluation and underwriting of new and renewal business.
• Develops risk assessment models for coverage, pricing, and terms.
• Fosters partnerships with actuaries, agents, brokers, and clients.
• Ensures documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluates renewals and modifications for risk mitigation.
• Communicates strategies to internal teams and partners.
