Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring Workday Talent Management & Performance Management
• 4+ years building solutions in Workday
• 4+ years strategic planning, delivery, and support of projects and programs
• 3+ years problem solving, solutioning, and decision-making
• 3+ years delivering tracking tools such as Jira
• 3+ years working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with HR leaders, Product Owners, stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements and assist with system enhancements.
• Evaluate Workday and other technologies to meet business needs through research and testing.
• Improve business processes via workflow optimization and automation.
• Configure and maintain HR technology platforms, including Workday Talent Management.
• Document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and configuration changes in Jira.
• Participate in system implementations, upgrades, testing, and release management.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR and business leaders.
• Investigate system issues and support continuous improvement.
