Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Workday Talent Management Strategy & Solutions Analyst to join the Information Technology organization. You will partner with HR, Product Owners and IT to deliver and support Workday Talent Management solutions that drive talent strategies.

The role blends techno-functional and project delivery, with responsibilities for requirements, configuration, testing, reporting, and continuous improvement, while ensuring data quality and user experience across HR platforms.

Qualifications

5+ years' experience configuring Workday Talent Management & Performance Management.
4+ years' experience calculated fields, Business Processes and building solutions in Workday.
4+ years' experience with strategic planning, delivery, and support of projects and programs.
3+ years' experience demonstrating problem solving, solutioning, and decision‑making skills.
3+ years' experience delivering tracking tools such as Jira.
3+ years' experience working in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Gather requirements with HR leaders, Product Owners and IT teams and assist with system enhancements.
Evaluate Workday and related tech to offer business solutions.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and automate workflows.
Configure and maintain Workday TM and related HR tech settings under governance.
Document requirements, user stories and configuration changes in Jira.
Support system implementations, testing, releases and adoption.
Develop reports and dashboards to provide workforce insights.
