Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Workday Talent Management Strategy & Solutions Analyst to partner with HR, Product Owners, IT and stakeholders in delivering and supporting HR technology solutions.

The role focuses on Workday Talent Management, with strong analytics, governance and continuous improvement to maximize value from HR tech investments. Remote work is possible with quarterly onsite meetings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience configuring Workday Talent Management & Performance Management.
• 4+ years’ experience with Workday calculated fields, Business Processes and building solutions.
• 4+ years’ experience with strategic planning, delivery, and support of projects and programs.
• 3+ years’ experience demonstrating problem solving, solutioning, and decision‑making skills.
• 3+ years’ experience delivering tracking tools such as Jira.
• 3+ years’ experience working in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR leaders, Product Owners, stakeholders, and IT to gather requirements and assist with the implementation of system enhancements.
• Understand business needs and evaluate Workday and other technologies to offer solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and system functionality.
• Configure and maintain HR technology platforms, including Workday Talent Management.
• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and configuration changes in Jira with stakeholders.
• Configure and maintain HR technology system settings and processes under governance guidelines.
• Participate in system implementations, enhancements, and testing for deployment and adoption.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics for workforce insights and metrics.
• Investigate system issues and support continuous improvement.
• Create and maintain system documentation and configuration records.
• Manage multiple initiatives with deadlines and attention to detail.
• Share knowledge and mentor teammates.
