Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Sr. Workday Talent Management Strategy & Solutions Analyst to partner with HR, Product Owners, IT and stakeholders, delivering Workday TM solutions and related talent technologies.

You will design requirements, configure, test, provide production support, and drive continuous improvement to maximize HR technology value while aligning with governance and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' configuring Workday Talent Management & Performance Management
• 4+ years' experience in calculated fields, Business Processes and building solutions in Workday
• 4+ years' experience with strategic planning, delivery and support of projects
• 3+ years' experience solving problems and decision-making
• 3+ years' experience delivering tracking tools such as Jira
• 3+ years' experience working in a collaborative environment

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR leaders, Product Owners, stakeholders and IT to gather requirements and assist with solution implementation.
• Evaluate Workday and other tech options to meet business needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and system functionality.
• Configure and maintain HR technology including Workday Talent Management.
• Gather requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and changes in Jira with stakeholders.
• Configure system settings and processes under governance and auditing guidelines.
• Participate in system implementations, upgrades, testing and releases.
• Develop reports, dashboards and analytics for HR and leadership insights.
• Investigate issues and support continuous system improvement.
• Create and maintain system documentation and SOPs.
• Manage work across multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
• Share knowledge and provide peer support within the team.
