CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Workday Talent Management Strategy & Solutions Analyst to partner with HR leaders, Product Owners, IT, and business stakeholders.

You will analyze needs, define requirements, configure Workday TM, and support ongoing optimization of talent management processes. This role also involves creating reports and dashboards, ensuring data quality, and driving system improvements while aligning with governance standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience configuring Workday Talent Management & Performance Management.
• 4+ years' experience with Workday calculated fields and Business Processes.
• 4+ years' experience with strategic planning, delivery, and support of projects and programs.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with HR leaders, Product Owners, stakeholders, and IT to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
• Evaluate Workday and other technologies to meet business needs and propose solutions.
• Configure and maintain HR technology settings and business processes.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide meaningful workforce insights.
