CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Workday Talent Management Strategy & Solutions Analyst to join the IT organization. You will partner with HR leaders, Product Owners, and IT to deliver, enhance, and support Workday Talent Management solutions, including reporting and analytics, while driving efficiency and data quality.

The role emphasizes collaboration, governance, and continuous improvement across HR technology investments. Remote work is possible with occasional onsite travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring Workday Talent Management & Performance Management.
• 4+ years building Workday solutions including calculations and business processes.
• 3+ years delivering projects and programs with strategic impact.
• 3+ years experience using Jira for tracking work.
• 3+ years in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with HR leaders, Product Owners and IT to gather requirements and support system enhancements.
• Evaluate Workday and other technologies to meet business needs through research and testing.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and automate HR processes.
• Support configuration, administration, maintenance and optimization of HR platforms.
• Document requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and config changes in Jira.
• Configure system settings to support HR policies and governance.
• Participate in implementations, upgrades, testing and release processes.
• Develop reports, dashboards and analytics for workforce insights.
• Investigate issues and coordinate with partners to implement improvements.
