CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Workday Talent Management Strategy & Solutions Analyst to partner with HR and IT in optimizing HR tech. You will analyze business needs, define requirements, and support configuration changes in Workday TM while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes delivering analytics, enhancing data quality, and driving adoption of HR technology in a remote-capable, full-time capacity.

Qualifications

5+ years configuring Workday Talent Management & Performance Management.
4+ years experience in calculated fields and Business Processes in Workday.
4+ years experience with strategic planning, delivery, and support of projects.
3+ years experience demonstrating problem solving and decision-making skills.
3+ years experience delivering tracking tools such as Jira.

Responsibilities

Gather requirements with HR leaders, Product Owners, and IT teams to support solution development.
Evaluate Workday and related technologies to meet business needs.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes and system functionality.
Configure, administer, maintain, and optimize HR technology platforms including Workday TM.
Document business requirements, user stories, and configuration changes in Jira in partnership with stakeholders.
Support system implementations, upgrades, testing, and release management.
