Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a senior HR Workday Transformation professional to drive governance, pipeline management, and end-to-end Workday initiatives. You will partner with HR and IT stakeholders to elicit requirements, design scalable solutions, and oversee delivery across Workday modules.

Ideal candidates bring extensive PM/BA experience, strong Workday configuration knowledge (Talent Management/Recruitment/Onboarding), and a proven ability to influence senior leaders while delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field with 6–10 years of HR Product Management/HR experience.
• Experience with Workday is required; applicants without prior Workday experience will not be considered.
• Configuration experience with Talent Management and Acquisition functions is strongly desired.
• Financial Services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead governance frameworks to intake, assess, prioritise, and approve Workday enhancements, ensuring alignment with objectives, budget, and delivery capacity.
• Own and manage the pipeline and roadmap of change, balancing priorities, dependencies, and resources.
• Lead complex business analysis activities: process mapping, requirements elicitation, data analysis, and impact assessments.
• Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to shape requirements into Workday solution designs.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams from design through testing and deployment.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints with mitigation plans.
