Job summary

Guild in the United States is seeking a Senior Workday Manager to own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related People Systems, ensuring reliability, data integrity, and alignment with business processes. You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and validate quality throughout the functional area.

You will lead and develop a small team, drive continuous improvement, and support SOC II compliance and audits.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5–7 years configuring, administering, and supporting enterprise systems.
Proven track record of leading improvement projects with measurable results.
Strong understanding of business processes and translating requirements into scalable configurations.
Experience leading and developing a small team, including hiring and coaching.
Knowledge of SOC II compliance and audits.
Familiarity with Agile or iterative project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

Own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related systems.
Design, configure, and maintain system functionality, diagnose issues, and deliver enhancements.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure quality through testing.
Identify and implement process and automation improvements within the functional area.
