Job summary
Guild is seeking a Senior Manager, People Tech to own Workday configuration, administration, and integration across our People Systems. You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, guide solution delivery, and ensure quality through testing.
The role emphasizes continuous improvement, automation, and keeping systems aligned with business processes, while leading a small team and supporting audits and compliance across the function.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years configuring, administering, and supporting enterprise systems.
- Proven track record of leading improvement projects with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of business processes and translating requirements into configurations.
- Experience leading and developing a small team, including hiring and coaching.
- Knowledge of SOC II compliance and audits.
- Knowledge of Agile or similar methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related systems.
- Design, configure, and maintain system functionality, diagnose issues, and deliver enhancements.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure quality through testing.
- Identify and implement process and automation improvements and stay current on updates.
