Guild Education, Inc. is seeking a Senior Workday Manager to own the configuration, administration, and day‑to‑day operation of Workday and related systems. You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure quality across the function.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, automation, and staying current with system updates. You will lead a small team and contribute to security and audit readiness within a fast‑growing education benefits platform.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years configuring, administering, and supporting enterprise systems
• Proven track record leading improvement projects with measurable results
• Strong understanding of business processes and translating requirements into configurations
• Experience leading and developing a small team, including coaching and performance management
• Knowledge of SOC II controls and audits
• Knowledge of Agile or iterative project methodologies

Responsibilities

• Own the configuration, administration, and day‑to‑day operation of Workday and related systems
• Design, configure, and maintain system functionality; diagnose issues and deliver enhancements
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Identify and implement process and automation improvements and stay current on releases
