Guild is seeking a Senior Workday Manager within its People Tech team to own Workday configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation. You will partner with stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable solutions aligned with business processes.

Qualifications
- 5–7 years configuring, administering, and supporting enterprise business systems.
- Proven track record leading improvement projects with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of business processes and translating requirements into scalable configurations.
- Experience leading and developing a small team, including hiring and coaching.
- Knowledge of SOC II compliance and supporting audits with access/change controls.
- Knowledge of Agile or other iterative project management methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of the systems.
- Design, configure, and maintain system functionality; diagnose issues and deliver enhancements.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure quality through testing.
- Identify and implement process and automation improvements and stay current on updates.
