Job summary

Guild seeks a Senior Workday Manager to own the configuration, administration, and daily operation of Workday and related People Systems. You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and ensure quality through testing.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, leadership of a small team, and compliance with SOC II controls. Some roles offer remote work across the United States.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years configuring, administering, and supporting enterprise systems within a functional area.
• Proven track record leading improvement projects with measurable results in efficiency or quality.
• Strong understanding of business processes and translating requirements into scalable configurations.
• Experience leading and developing a small team, including hiring and coaching.
• Knowledge of SOC II compliance and supporting audits with access and change controls.
• Knowledge of Agile or other iterative project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related systems.
• Design, configure, and maintain system functionality; diagnose issues and deliver enhancements.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure quality through testing.
• Identify and implement process and automation improvements; stay current with updates and releases.
