Job summary

Guild is seeking a Senior Workday Manager to own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related people systems. You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and ensure quality in the functional area.

The role requires 5–7 years of enterprise system experience, strong leadership, SOC II knowledge, and comfort with agile methods. This is a US-based position with nationwide pay transparency and a competitive compensation package

Qualifications

5–7 years configuring, administering, and supporting enterprise systems.
Proven track record of leading improvement projects with measurable results.
Strong ability to translate requirements into scalable configurations.
Experience leading and developing a small team, including coaching.
Knowledge of SOC II compliance and audits with access controls.

Responsibilities

Own configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related systems.
Design, configure, and maintain system functionality and deliver enhancements.
Gather requirements with stakeholders and ensure quality through testing.
Identify and implement process improvements and stay current with system updates.
