Job summary

Guild is seeking a Senior Workday Manager to own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related People Systems across the organization. You will partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable configurations and ensure data integrity and reliability.

You will lead a small team, drive continuous improvement, and support audits and SOC II controls while applying Agile practices.

Qualifications

5–7 years configuring and supporting enterprise systems.
Proven track record leading improvement projects with measurable results.
Strong understanding of business processes and translating requirements into scalable configurations.
Experience leading a small team including coaching and performance management.
Knowledge of SOC II compliance and audits.
Familiarity with Agile project management.

Responsibilities

Own the configuration, administration, and operation of Workday and related systems.
Design, configure, diagnose issues, and deliver enhancements.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure quality through testing.
Identify and implement process automation and stay current with updates.
