Job summary

Guild is seeking a Senior Workday Manager to own configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related People Systems. You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and ensure quality through testing.

We value continuous improvement, SOC II compliance, and leading small teams while delivering scalable configurations and automation. This role supports national remote opportunities with competitive compensation and stock options.

Qualifications

Minimum 5-7 years configuring, administering, and supporting enterprise systems.
Proven track record of leading improvement projects with measurable results.
Strong understanding of business processes and translating requirements into scalable configurations.
Experience leading small teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
Knowledge of SOC II compliance and experience supporting audits with access and change controls.
Knowledge of Agile or other iterative project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

Own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related systems.
Design, configure, and maintain system functionality, diagnose issues, and deliver enhancements and releases.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure quality through testing.
Identify and implement process and automation improvements and stay current on system updates.
