Job summary

Guild is seeking a Senior Workday Manager to own the configuration, administration, and ongoing support of Workday and relatedPeople Systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders, drive reliable operations, and deliver improvements that align with business processes.

The role offers a competitive total compensation package, including a base salary of $150,000 - $190,000 and stock options. HQ is in Denver, with some roles open to nationwide remote work.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years configuring, administering, and supporting enterprise business systems.
• Proven track record leading improvement projects improving efficiency or service quality.
• Strong understanding of business processes and translating requirements into scalable configurations.
• Experience leading and developing a small team, including hiring and coaching.
• Knowledge of SOC II compliance and supporting audits with access and change controls.
• Knowledge of Agile or other iterative project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related systems.
• Design, configure, and maintain system functionality; diagnose issues and deliver enhancements.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure quality through testing.
• Identify and implement process and automation improvements; stay current on system updates.
