Job summary

Guild is seeking a Senior Workday Manager to own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related systems. You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and ensure quality across the functional area.

Based in the United States with flexible remote options, the role offers a competitive total compensation package including a base salary of $150,000 - $190,000 and stock options, aligned to experience and internal equity.

Qualifications

5–7 years configuring, administering, and supporting enterprise business systems.
Proven leadership and project delivery experience.
Knowledge of SOC II compliance and audits with access/change controls.

Responsibilities

Own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related systems, ensuring reliability and data integrity.
Design, configure, and maintain system functionality, diagnose issues, and deliver enhancements.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and ensure quality through testing.
Identify and implement process and automation improvements; stay current on updates and releases.
