Job summary

Guild is seeking a Senior Workday Manager to lead configuration, administration, and support for Workday and other People Systems. You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver scalable solutions, and ensure data integrity across HR processes.

You should have 5–7 years of enterprise system experience, proven leadership, and knowledge of SOC II compliance and audits. We offer a competitive salary with a base range of $150,000–$190,000 plus stock options, and nationwide remote

Qualifications

5–7 years configuring and supporting enterprise systems.
Proven leadership of improvement projects with measurable results.
Strong business-process understanding and ability to translate into configs.
Experience leading a small team, including coaching.
Knowledge of SOC II compliance and audits.
Familiarity with Agile or iterative PM.

Responsibilities

Own the configuration and day-to-day operation of Workday and related systems.
Design and maintain system functionality; diagnose issues; implement enhancements.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver quality solutions.
Identify and drive process improvements and stay current with updates.
